Deposits
To secure a booking, we require payment for the first night’s accommodation. Credit card and direct deposits are our preferred payment methods. We are also quite happy to accept cash but do require a bond
Hours Of Operation
Check-in Time
Available from 2:00 pm onwards. There will always be someone in the office atleast until 5:30 pm. If you think you may be arriving late, please contact our office beforehand to make alternative arrangements for key collection. We live on-site and are available 24/7 for any emergencies
Check-out Time
Any time between 8:30 am and 11:00.
Cancellation Fees
Advance Bookings
More than 28 days, 50% of deposit.
More than 14 days, 100% of deposit.
14 days or less, 100% of total accommodation
A cancellation fee may apply
