Any time between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you would like to arrive after closing time, please contact our office beforehand to make alternative arrangements for key collection.

Any time between 8:30 am and 11:00.
 
Cancellation Policy

More than 14 days prior to arrival,  50% of first night’s accommodation.

14 days or less, 100% of first night’s accommodation.
 
Emergencies
Our on-site manager can be contacted 24 hours a day on 5545 3300 for any emergency.
