I love waking up in the mornings because I get to experience the most delicious breakfast. There are many many good things about it(including the delicious taste plus it is low in GI and has no added sugar.
Here are the ingredients: Uncle Toby’s oats (40g), a dollop of Dairy Farmers Greek Yoghurt, a heaped spoon full of LSA, a handful of nuts (pecan, almond and walnuts, half a banana (not too ripe), milk, a spoon full of blueberries (tinned are okay, some sliced strawberries
Here is the recipe: add milk to the oats in a bowl and lightly stir. Put in the microwave for 60 seconds. Remove and lightly stir again. Cook for another 30 to 60 seconds. Remove and add the half a banana and spoonful of LSA. Mash up well so that the banana and LSA are distributed through the oats. Add some more milk plus the other ingredients
After eating this delicious breakfast you will feel totally satisfied until lunch time
