We have a winner for the competition to “Name This Place”. It is Matthew Arnold and his winning entry was Lovers View. It ticked all of the boxes and so we are very happy to be able to provide this prize valued at $650 to Matthew.
Behind the scenes, it wasnt easy. We had a judging panel of 3. There were several hundred entries. Many of them were innovative and showed the thought that entrants had put into their submission. Here are but a few from the top 25 that we liked:
Head Over Hills, Cupid’s Cliff, View To Love, Juliet’s Balcony, Lovers Lookout, Valentine’s View, Lovers Leap, Romance Ridge, The Yes Spot, Won Bent Nee View (one bent knee), The Big Leap, and Yes-Today View.
This was just a small sample of the entries and we congratulate every one who entered with such rich and creative names
