Front Deck: Fully enclosed featuring large outdoor seating suite, log fire place, mesh enclosed, self contained pvc roll down blinds
Outer Front Deck: Featuring large outside timber and aluminium table and 6 large chairs. Two layback recliner matching seats and a gas barbeque with hood
Outer Rear Deck: Includes plenty of fire wood and various cleaning items

Not included: As the house is fully equipped it does not include breakfast, meals, drinks etc. Additional charges apply for additional/replacement linen, dishwashing detergent, clothes washing detergent, firewood, kindling, shampoo, tea, coffee, milk, etc
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cyle air conditioners in lounge/dining room, main bedroom, 3rd bedroom. Ceiling fans in lounge/dining room and inner deck. Wood combustion heaters in kitchen (slow combustion), main bedrrom and inner deck
