Located at the southern end of the renowned Mount Tamborine area on a pristine, tranquil, heritage mountain sits the escarpment retreat, just 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise and 60 minutes from the Queensland capital city of Brisbane.
Brisbane Airport – approximately 60 minutes by motorway. Follow Pacific Highway 1 south to Oxenford. Take exit 57 just past DreamWorld and follow the signs to Mount Tamborine on the Tamborine-Oxenford Road. At the top of the mountain you will reach a round-a-bout at the start of Gallery Walk with a fig tree in the middle of it. Turn right at this round-a-bout, travel past the shops to another round-a-bout at the end of Gallery Walk and continue straight across onto Long Road. Travel to the end of Long Rd where it turns to the right into Lahey Road (make sure you dont go straight ahead into the small track). Lahey Road has a sign that says "Gold Coast & Canungra". At the end of Lahey Rd, turn left at the T-intersection into Main Western Road. You are now only 3 minutes away. The name of the road changes names a couple of times (Bartle Road and then Alpine Terrace) but it is still the same road so please dont deviate. Our property is located at #123 Alpine Terrace adjacent to the historic St. Bernards Hotel just on the round-a-bout.
Coolangatta Airport – approximately 45 minutes by motorway. Follow Pacific Highway 1 north to Nerang. Take exit labeled 'Mountain Resorts / Beaudesert Road' from Nerang which leads onto the Beaudesert-Nerang Road. Take the right hand turn signposted to Mount Tamborine onto Henry Roberts Drive. Follow this road up the steep hill, past the golf club until you come to a T-junction at the corner of Siganto Street and Prospect Street with a small shopping centre on your righ. Turn right, and the property is located at the first round-about.
